This workshop is open to both adults and children, promising a delightful experience for all.
April – Not just a cake
Have you ever tased an Osterfladen? This soft and fluffy cake made with rice or wheat semolina is an Easter tradition in German-speaking Switzerland. It’s also an “anti-gaspi-recipe” that you can make with leftover rice! Put on your aprons and join our junior kitchen to prepare these delicious dishes with four hands, as a family or with friends!
May – Gourmet bouquet for mothers
Violet, nasturtium, borage, marigold, dahlia, mint flowers and sprigs of lavender… Invite Mum and Grandma along for a tasty workshop! Discover the edible flowers is our garden, pick them and make delicious shortbread with colourful petals. It’s a great way for the generations to get together!
June – Pizza Van Gogh
Masterpieces to savour: focaccia as a canvas, herbs and vegetables as colours… Gather your ingredients in our kitchen garden and create magnificent gourmet landscapes in our cooking workshops for young and old alike.
Practical information:
- Schedule: from 14:00 to 15:30 or 15:30 to 17:00
- Age: Open to adults and children aged 6 and over accompanied by an adult, or on their own aged 10 and over.
