Children’s birthday parties in the JuniorAcademy

Is it your birthday? Get your apron on and come and make a healthy, tasty snack in a kitchen specially designed for kids!

All your guests will roll up their sleeves: with the help of our culinary animators, you will work as a team to prepare the snack, from the cake to the edible decorations and the homemade drinks! The workshop continues with a moment of sharing around the table and educational games in the Junior Academy, with over twenty-five food-related games. Your guests will leave with recipes to continue the culinary adventure as a family, and you'll leave with a small gift to remember your time at the museum!

Practical information:

Schedule: Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00
Meet at the museum 10 minutes before the activity starts

Number of participants: As our kitchen is equipped with 12 work surfaces, we can only accommodate a maximum of 12 participants

Age of participants*: 6 to 12 years old

Recommendations:

To ensure that the workshop runs smoothly, please be punctual!
Please arrive at the museum 10 minutes before the start of the activity
If you are going to be late, please call 021 924 44 05
If you are late, the content of the activity will have to be adapted
If one of the participants has a known food allergy, please indicate this in the "Comments" section of the booking form
We rely on the cooperation of parents or accompanying adults to ensure that the party runs smoothly. Parents are invited to visit the museum during the workshop. Photographs can of course be taken at the times indicated to ensure that the workshop runs smoothly
For capacity reasons, we can only accommodate two adults for the birthday party
For safety reasons, all participants must be over 6 years old
Children with disabilities are of course welcome. We recommend that you mention this when you register under 'Comments' and we will adapt our organisation to suit your needs
Your guests can take their presents to the birthday boy or girl and open them at snack time or when they get home, whichever you prefer
You don't have to bring anything! This is a turnkey activity! The snack will be complete, healthy and balanced, with seasonal fruit. We'll provide all the equipment you need and when you arrive you'll find the table set and decorated by us. Candles are also provided! Come empty handed and you'll leave with a full belly and a head full of memories!
