What distinguishes the culinary culture of the French-speaking Swiss from that of the German-speaking Swiss? Do they share the same eating habits? Can they be reconciled over a pot of fondue? Let's explore the culinary traditions and specialities on both sides of the famous Rösti barrier! With a little tasting along the way.

Animation - Do you know Sérac?
Discover a product of Switzerland's culinary heritage that takes us to the heart of the Alps and its cheese-making traditions. Our guest, Tania Brasseur, an expert in gastronomic culture and writer, will tell you the story of Sérac, a fresh, ivory-coloured cheese made from whey that is in danger of disappearing.
